Innovation happens when social networks come together. People  innovate from each other, when they are able to expand their thinking. Learning can happen alone, from reading text or watching videos, but innovation is more of an emergent property of network effects. 

I am SO glad you are talking about innovation, though. I wish more people would talk about the &#039;fuzzy&#039; aspects of the 2.0 movement, and not just limit themselves to ROI, KPIs, and the numbers of performance.</description>
