I am very impressed with the SmartStorming concept and I think the ideas it embodies are critical for companies that are looking to harness the power contained within their employees.

I'm excited to see this blog and I hope it becomes an active hub for information about the topic, because I know these issues are on a lot of people's minds- from the perspective of the companies they work for, but also for individuals who need to take stock of their own situations and tap into their ability to innovate personally to survive in the marketplace.

I'm a big fan of Getting Things Done (GTD), and SmartStorming has a very similar feel to it. I would invite you to explore (if you haven't) and share (when you do) ways that SmartStorming can be part of implementing GTD in an organization.

GTD has really taken off, and brainstorming is a key part of the GTD process. SmartStorming could be viewed as a way to turbocharge GTD.

Congrats on the blog. I look forward to participating!
